    VW Passat 125 TDI- 2009

Recently had the 60k service $1000 ($500 parts the rest was labour and the job only took them 4 hrs odd) but the service guy tried to talk me into additionally having the injectors cleaned another $330, I couldn't because it wasn't allowed in my budget but how often should they be cleaned - thanks

Theres two threads on additives in the diesel section, a bit of a read but good info...

Diesel fuel additives for modern diesel.

2 stroke oil (2SO) as an additive to diesel fuel

i was in at Burwin vdub the other week and I noticed they are now selling a fuel additive for diesels.
