    For sale mk1 caddy ----bossss----

Ok here goes 1983 MK1 Caddy --- 12k Firm --- so much here its CRAZY!!

to confirm, inspired to sell not desperate to sell.

Just like me this is Crazy... you all know me to take on crazy projects and sell things almost as soon as i finish them
well no excuses lol but... like MANY other on this forum , the thing is, everything i have worked on has helped keep this awesome classic metal alive. Taking this on it was is so many pieces and lots of work needed to be done ...3 weeks in total.
After all the effort I then had to have it pass engineering and get it blue slipped before finally taking it on its first celebration drive on the streets of Australia.
Yes im passionate about this Caddy lol and every other mk1 out their hoot !
But I am attempting to refine my craziness by letting this go to someone else's project minded hands!
I am very happy to have been apart of this metals history in Aus and now wish it to be continued in the hands of another
    Enthusiast !!
As i see it I have taken this caddy through a couple of stages to the point that its registered and ready for
a mad paint job and engine swap. Of course this could also just be left as is....

Deal includes Engineering certificates and import papers along with the current registration in NSW
    16v 9A running KE Jetronic
    16V Low ratio gearbox
    !!------CAE Shifter-------!!
BBS RS Wheels (centre caps included but not in the photos)
    Recaro seats

having restored a black GTI a couple years ago
I unfortunately dont see myself finding the time to paint this and also follow through with the engine conversion.
The needs of my small business require I only keep one project these days.

As you might be aware of my mk1 R32 4 motion project, this particular is definitely enough to keep me busy
in my spare time without adding a second to the list...
Since finally putting the R32 Caddy down on four wheels
i have a surge of motivation to finish it of to the end as soon as possible.
So with what little spare time i have left and having found out what my priorities are
This wonderful mk1 Caddy listed here is now for sale!
I believe it is in a perfect place for Someone to come along and have an Awesome project!

I have lost count of the amount of people that come up every week to talk about the Caddy.
I have had countless fun conversations started with other blokes who have walked up and wanted to
    chat about it.
Funny enough they all seem love it just the way it is most importantly so do I.
a couple of patches of rust were cut out and metal welded in place
these areas are painted in grey primer.
Overall the condition of the Caddy is great, having been over the whole chassis i can see no evidence of having been in any accident.
The tray has had a bit of a typical working life but is not rusted out and would benefit from
    some panel beating.
I have driven it Daily since March this year and heaps of fun with her.

The 16v pulls hard but on offer below is listed a mk1 20vt conversion I have been putting together for the Caddy!
