Official Nats GTG Weekend Extravaganzaaaa

Well guys another year has passed and the Nats have come up again. This time the difference is that there are some VW friendly peeps that are coming from the Victorian state

Here it is. After speaking briefly to the Melbourne folk I put forward a plan for the weekend of the 23rd-25th lol

So considering that the guys from Melbourne are going to be pretty beat after a long hard dya of straight driving

They have suggested dinner, which isn't a bad idea, lets everyone get to know eachother and also reminiss about good VW times from across the state, without going on to further this is the plan. People if you think you have some ideas please let me let us know and we can put it to the people of the VW world (silent awwwww)

Friday Night - After the Melbourne guys settle in we have dinner with them. I was thinking something maybe in Parramatta which isn't too far from the F1 motel and there is heaps to choose from. Thinking dinner around 8PM like we always do!

Saturday Night - Wash cars, mingle during the day if anyone is up to it. From memory William put up his hand to have people wash there cars at his house, but he can chime in if he wants lol.

Saturday Night - Seb aka bugracer has put up his hand to have a BBQ at his workshop there are plenty of drinks and heaps of food to go around which has been left from the dyno day but we can get more meat though lol. In this case its in Girraween which is only 2 mins from the Formula 1 place where the melbourne guys are staying.

Sunday - Being the Nats well thats up to you guys on what you guys want to do, ie cruise there completely up to you guys anyway, that can be discussed n Friday or Saturday nights!

So what does everyone think?

sounds good.. but i would of thought u's will be washing n cleaning sat.. if u go out sat night its gonna get dirty again

Sounds like a comfortable plan to me. Cant give you much input sorry cos i dont know my arse from my elbow when it comes to sydney

Might come up Saturday morning and make a day of it, I've got relo's scattered around the place so can crash somewhere that night.

Not sure about a cruise on Sunday, we need to get there pretty early on maybe best for everyone to make their own way there.

Haha thats cool Tim do I need to introduce you to my friend the Nokia Navigator 6110, I have lived in Sydney all my life and still don't know my backside to my elbow in Sydney

Saturday nights at Sebs which is like 2 mins from the F1 motel anyway.

Good to hear Matt, the Sunday item is only really a suggestion but we can talk about that more on the actual weekend.
