VCDS coding for Dynamic indicators 7.5 R Waagon

First time posting, i have done a lot of digging and really cannot find an answer to this question
I have a Mk7 Facelift R Wagon with LED tail lights, as standard on the wagon they are not dynamic.
Is there any way to code this or does it requier a new harness?

Scrolling lights will require a separate harness or replacement LED lights. Coding won't assist there.
