Sounds very Mk6 GTI-ish if you ask me which is no bad thing. (I used to have a Mk6 GTI with aftermarket exhaust)

In my view that has to be the best sounding TSI out there .....

It sounds better than my R that is for sure. Actively looking for an exhaust for the R as a result

So, having 2 sets of suitable wheels, I'm struggling to decide what rim to use for the next upgrade.

Either Spielberg 19" R wheels (I have a spare set ) or the refurbished 17" Audi S-Line rims in gloss black.

My preference (and my daughter's) is the 17s .... though everybody else I've spoken to prefers the 19s.

BTW, also did max legal tint allround last week.

Harsher ride on the 19's but they look better and the silver machined finish compliments the white paintwork on the car.

Black wheels have been done to death IMO.

Seeing as you are asking for opinions.... I'm with everybody else.

To my mind black wheels tend to merge into the tyre and the wheel well so you don't notice them as much.

    but ETTO and all that

What tyres are on each set?

17’s will have much better ride quality... I went from 19’s to 18’s and it’s a lot better!
