OBD 11 versus BMS pedal tuner

Hi, I’m after some more pedal sensitivity on my MK 7.5 Golf R. Rather than go down the more expensive BMS route will an OBD 11 give me a “similar” result for less money?

    cheers Trent.

I've coded this on a number of cars with obdeleven and everyone has noticed a substantial improvement in throttle response.

I personally feel a difference with it off and with it on.

Others swear it's a placebo effect but there is no accurate way to effectively measure response as your not increasing power of the vehicle.

Personally, I would rather the obdeleven than a dongle constantly connected. You also get all the other coding benefits that you won't get with a pedal box, But each to their own.

Personally I've found the OBD11 mod is not as noticable as a Pedalbox/pedal tuner. The pedalbox can be tuned exactly how you like.

The benefit of going with OBD11 is that you can code other things as well.
