Thats weird never had farts on the mk6 , was a manual though , but i sure can get them on the mk7 and its a manual .Quote:

I have a 7.5R DSG and it farts most of the time. Completely stock. Im running in individual mode with everything enabled except ride is on comfort and trans is not in race mode. Race mode it farts more.
I just bought myself a Mk7.5 R Grid with driver assist pack. Loving it. But have a few questions the manual in the glove box doesn’t seem to have answers for. At least not that I could find.
1) Drive modes. In Individual, my MY18 now has different options to any YouTube videos I can find. Has anyone got a source of information that explains in detail what every single option means and does. Some of them are bleeding obvious. But others not so much. For example the cornering lights. What’s the diff between normal eco and race! Likewise for ACC options. And some of the others I find not so obvious.
2) Related to my above query, is the engine noise artificial in the cabin of a MY18 thru the speakers ....or real? You can change the modes in individual settings but am I just changing the speakers or is it the actual exhaust?
3) Is there a way to have cruise control active without radar? I can’t work this one out.
4) Lane keep assist, does it detect whether you’ve indicated to. Hanger lanes or not and correct your lane based on indicator on or off?
