Some bast@rd stole my GTI aerial...

What are my options and costs? Any obvious ways to stop this happening again... locktite?

I use loctite on mine so it doesn't get stolen

Honda CR-V antenna fits and is a little more compact...I got one from a wrecker for $10

I dunno if I'd loctite it though unless you can find a top quality ariel. Maybe the OEM sharan from tmtuning... At least then you know it's gonna function as well as possible. I guess the odds were against you that time. Stealing ariels is such unnecessary ****.
Kind of like the time some bastard keyed the whole length of my rear quarter panel and onto the lights. Hopefully karma bites him in the ass.
