    New Golf R32 Member #Volume 2

Just thought i'd like to start afresh with a new thread with pics of my latest acquisition. Didn't want to particularly continue the other active one as it got abit too cluttered with legal babble. Anyways purchased this from a dealer, like Sunday and it's now registered under my name with clear title.

    Odometer: 47000kms
    Year Model: 2007 MY07 Volkswagen MKV R32
    Colour: Deep Blue
    Transmission: DSG.

Please excuse the quality of ths pics as i had to resort to using an iPhone.

Thanks mate, i didn't want to parade like the vehicle was mine until i worked out all the legal logistics, hence the reason the other threads had my pics removed.

Seriously the R32/GTI are the best bang for buck vehicles you can get.

There's a strong possibility that the mods will move this to the MK V picture thread, so if it disappears from here, have a look there

Woodgrain according to the dealer was factory, although i was sceptical about this, because they normally or at least i've only seen them in silver trim.

Can't quite recall the website but i think they Volkswagen were offering these inserts genuine and are options.

There's a place on eBay in the UK that sells the kits, brushed aluminium, carbon fibre, woodgrain and a couple of other finishes. They look pretty good, but there's no room for error when applying them. I bought a brushed aluminium stick on to go around the radio in the GT just to highlight it a bit. Came out OK but a bit of a pain to apply, works on a similar principle to the olden day rego labels, the ones you had to soak in a container of water to get them off the backing paper
