Jetta 2007 2L Diesel Perth WA

When I was driving to work, normally at about 70km/h there was a clunk from the transmission and the aircon stopped.

The motor sounded bit rough after too.

Now at Work Aircon still doesn't work and there is cluck and driveline shunt when the clutch takes up.

Any ideas?

Nothing leaking and car idles fine.
