My MkV R32 was written off by RACV insurance today.
The other day a clown come out on my right at a T junction and under-steered across the road directly at me head on. I took evasive action (swerved left but he ran straight into the drivers side)
Went by Ambulance to Dandy emergency but was "only"diagnosed bruised ribs and whiplash.
RACV acted pretty quickly after seeing car and assessment report yesterday, wrote if off on the spot, rang me, rang a tray truck and said come and get your stuff.
Promised me a fair payout so I went a bought my self an 2010 S3 this afternoon 3 hours later.
Pick it up on Saturday. Suppose Ill be visiting the Audi forums now(As well as the Doctor, Chiro etc
)
I will miss that car, shed a few tears (emotional)
Best one Ive had in my 61 years, and Ive had a few.
Have a few items I will sell later but couldn't recover anything other than number plates off the car. They will be for sale too. (R32G)
