Anyone know how or where you get the TIM turned on?
I've heard you can get it done for around $50, anyone know where?

VCDS. Find someone local and he or she should hook you up. Takes all of a couple minutes. I have the cable btw

It can only be done on skoda octavia mk3 and golf 7 new generation head units not RNS510. Shame your not in Brisbane.

It can't. This is only on the new MIB system. RCD/RNS will be enabled just as soon as VWA start to care about their customers.
