    Skoda Octavia Scout 2008 Timing

    Hi,

Have just replaced a worn camshaft & lifters in my 2008 Skoda Octavia Scout 2.0 TDI Engine type BMM, and am not sure which crankshaft position tool I should use with this model engine to check timing belt alignment.

    Is it T10050 or T10100 ?

I have searched this forum and internet, but cannot find a definite answer.

If found this video, but I don't speak German

He said that T10100 was for 2004 onwards built for 2.0 litre engines. I follow his channel a while now. Seems to be the one with chrome screw and arrow on right-hand. Hope helps.
