WAEuro in Perth is a mobile mechanic. Good prices, ex VW and Audi service mechanic. He left the dealerships and started his own mobile service as he couldn't live and deal with the dealerships ripping people off ! He services all Euro cars - French , German, you name it!
On another note - the vRS Octavia has been released in Europe for a while now...
Can anyone write what issues people have been having with them? Warranty returns, rattles, engine, gearbox etc. Would be great to know

Caradvice.com.au has a few reviews on them, the earlier reviews were quite positive but read one recently against 5 other mid size cars and it didn't fair as well. I'd still lean towards one if ever wanted to upgrade from my Polo.

I would say to upgrade to the vRS Octavia after your Polo, what else would you look at? It's either a top line Yeti or vRS Octavia for me
I have noticed more recent reviews of the Octavia starting to become less positive. Early reviews were always 4/5 or 9/10.Quote:

Elegance seems to have stepped up several huge notches in spec compared to my car. Pommies would call it an L&K
the Elegance has more goodies/features than the vRS.
who knows where vw is going to price the mk3 vRS!?!?!?
