I've got an FL RS. Low profile tyres mean its a bit jarring, but drive at a reasonable pace so you aren't bouncing in and out of ruts and its not bad. Its no 4WD, but its perfectly capable. I've had it up and down muddy tracks without too many problems, TC seems pretty well tuned to deal with slush.
Maybe you hit the mud flaps or exhaust or something. I dunno, a visual of the height of the car and the speedbump should tell you if they go together head on.... I've never had problems with the ride height except for rear to kerb parking because the exhaust is low and Bathurst gutters are high!
