TT Pedals help!

i'm a bit confused. i've been searching to vortex forums trying to find out how to install the TT Pedals into my Golf.

the brake/clutch seem simple enough once i can get the standard rubbery ones off, but i am completely stumped about the accelerator!!

i've read on tex forums that you are supposed to be able to fit the pedal straight over it, without taking the pedal off, and it's supposed to be dead easy. but the TT pedal is at least 0.25 cm longer than the standard pedal! how does that work??

has anyone else here done it? help appreciated as always

hey dude,

i found the same prob when i was putting the TT pedals on the black GTI .. i think i removed the existing pedal and yes it was a tad longer so i put a dab of sikaflex behind it and let it set .. it worked a bit better lol

They're easier to install if you leave them in a bucket of hot water for a few minutes.
