SUCCESS!: How to make a new key incl. transponder

great how to. sure will save some of us alot of money!

GUYS :(

I got all the gear, plugged it all in BUT it wont give me my code to re program the key :( Is it because I have an APR tune??

Please help :(

I'm not sure, but you could try it on some other MK4, if you know someone with the same car.
Or, better still try asking Guy_H from APR.

I got some codes through my snap on scanner but not sure which one it could be...does anyone have an example of what the key code could be??

Which Snap-on scanner do you have?

It's a Solus Ultra.

I just found some numbers stapled to my log book. Could 01246 be an example of my code?

It's not any better than VCDS, 2 weeks ago, I've tested Solus Ultra from my Snap-on dealer and returned it.
