Questions boost levels, reverse lights, indicators...

Sup, first question. I have two reverse lights.........I thought golfs only had one? could the person before me have modded it too have two? weird. ALSO when i turn the engine off with the indicator on. The noise for leaving your lights on sounds and the Corresponding brake light(or taillight didn't check) is on. :S strange....

Also I am just wondering about safe boost levels for a stock 1.8t, stock turbo. What are you guys running ?

The answer to all the questions in the first paragraph is YES, this is correct. The Mk 4 Golf has 2 reverse lights. When you turn a blinker on and shut down the engine, it turns on that side headlight. Hence the light warning.

It'll produce up to 1 BAR of boost when chipped. Around half of that standard.

Yeah Im beginning to think so. Ive found a few little surprises with this car that Ive been fixing as theyve come up, and just about got it to where it should be. Think I def need a vag check run on it.
