    Amarok A/C question...

Guys, a quick question about something that's doing my head in....

On every car I've ever owned, if you have the A/C set to recirculation and you turn it off - no air comes out of the vents.....

With the Amarok, if the A/C or fan blowers are off, you still get air coming in from outside the cabin (feels like a draft) and there's no way to stop it other than closing the vents (PITA!)...

Is this how they are designed?..... Annoying if it is..

    Cheers chaps.

That's a bit of a crap design.. How do you stop dust from getting sucked into the cabin/air ducts if you can't block its entry.... Even really find stuff would easily get through the pollen filter...

Good idea though, thanks.. I'll try that..

Its a safety feature to stop you going to sleep from stale air. You may also find that it wont stay on recirc for extended periods for the same reason. There is mention of it in my cars manual.
