Made some good progress this weekend.
Fusebox re-installed, dash wired(mosly), heater & blower re-built and power (cautiously) applied - No Smoke!!! just glowie goodness. I tested all the circuits I could, even accidentally cranked her over (did you know a 'gator clip lead could carry enough current to do that??)

Some cleaning up to do still but very happy
