Hey guys,
A mate of mine has been slaving away restoring and customizing his MK1 Golf for sometime now. Finally he's treated me to some shots and i couldn't resist sharing them with you.
Loads of the work has been done by hand and if you'd seen the original car you'd be amazed at the transformation. I'll try and dig up some more photos for you, but feast your eyes on these!

and untold wrecks
Very nice indeed. Even finding a MK1 in England is getting hard (if you want something that isn't a rusty wreck). Well done, can't wait to see the build pics.

It's been a while...
Great car - any info on the interior? I.e HOW / Where and $$?
I'm bugging him for some more pics of the build, and i know he's got them so as soon as i hear from him, i'll get them here.
Where's the best place to stick photos? I tried to attach an image but it didn't work.
As for the interior, i know he designed it himself but i don't know what material he used or how much it cost. Will endeavor to find out too.
I'll tell him you all liked it too!
