Hi All

My wife has a 2017 Polo GTI with 2 key fobs. This morning, she had unlocked the car and then rested her knee on the fob, all the windows went down, and the sunroof opened to the tilt position. I explained that you can open/close all when using the key. She pressed and held lock and all the windows went up and pressed and held unlock and they went down. However, the sunroof won't close, have checked the fuse and when you rotate the dial, you hear a click. On the other key fob, the open/close all feature does not work, but it locks/unlocks/starts the car fine. Incidentally on my 2018 mk 7.5 gti, neither key fob rolls all the windows up and down, when lock/unlock.

Any thoughts please.
