bugger...my car must be special i'm hoping by taking it to another dealer they will be able to rectify the problem as the dealer i brought my car from can't.
I have the MDI fitted to my car and the glovebox engagement is spot on. Definitely go to another dealer. I'd even go so far as to call VW Australia and mention it and this experience to them. Dodgy dealers need to be flagged.
