Just curious because i prefer the 17 Inch Boavista Rims on the previous Polo version than these hideous hubcaps, am i able to just straight swap them out without needing to change ride height?

The 17" Boavistas came on the sportspack which was slightly lowered. I can't see any reason why they wouldn't fit on a standard height Polo.
