excuse my noobness, but vagcom can pick up boost leak yeah?
i would have a thought a leak large enough to cause a dip in performance would be very audible.
Get it dyno'd and see how many kw you have at the wheels. Then you'll know if somethings wrong.

I was actually told about MRC today by a mate so Ill probably give them a try.
GT3 im not relying on the forum for "expert" advice - just recommendations and opinions like you just provided!
Thanks
I agree with GT3. Dyno is only useful when you have a previous dyno from the same site with same machine. So you can make exact comparisons.
Check all the bolts around tubes.
As mentioned above, VAG COM will assist you sorting out the problem.
Since your car is under warranty, just take it to the dealer or VW specialist to get it sorted.
If you think the power has come down, I am sure it has. You haven't by any chance, turn the chip off (if you have chip installed)?? Try to turn the tune off and turn it back on just to make sure.
If it's not a major decrease in power I think you'll find there is no problem and that maybe you've just gotten used to it - it's happened to most of us unfortunately. Their lustre does wear off after time and sometimes we get our hopes up a little to high when doing these little mods.
