    HELP! Rear engine mount

    Hi guys,

I'm trying to get the stock rear engine mount bushing back in to the mount itself - I had the Superpro bushing but want to change it back to stock. Having a lot of difficulty trying to press the stock one in, any tips?!?!?

use some strips of timber in a vice to protect them then use the vice like a press. I've even seen them placed on the ground and pressed in by using a piece of board to protect and running over them with the car!

The sports super pro mount is actually quite good if you have it properly lubricated and torque the bolts correctly, I found with mine after adjusting it, its so much smoother, almost cannot tell the difference.

The cross bolt is where the action is, make sure the nut is on the drivers side, I have nfi why it makes a difference but it does, prior to fixing these things the whole car was vibrating.
