Hey Guys. I scored a job working in Thredbo Resort this winter.

Does anyone have any knowledge on whether snow chains will fit on my GTi riding on stock shocks and HR springs?
There's only approximately 4cm of clearance between the tyre and the bit on the shock that holds the bottom of the spring.
My gut feeling is that this is not enough clearance, or will mean fitting chains will be much more of a pain in the ass than it usually is.

Otherwise, does anyone know where I can pick up some stock springs?
