hi all,
The pipe that runs between the turbo and intercooler has ruptured in my GTI, and VW Australia does not have this part in stock!!

It will take 3 weeks to ship one from Germany, but I will have to sell the car within 3 weeks due to relocation!
I just can't believe VW Australia doesn't stock such an inexpensive yet commonly replaced item, that is just poor practice, but again, why would VW care? By the time someone needs to source a replacement part, VW Australia has already sold the vehicle anyway. I just can't imagine a Japanese car brand having such a poor inventory control/practice.
Just wondering if anyone has one lying around and if not, where can I source one? Any advice will be much appreciated.
BTW, who wants to buy a 2008 Polo GTI in excellent condition in Canberra with 62,000km on the clock, APR Stage 1, PD160, K&N panel and APR R1 diverter valve?

The pipe will be fixed prior to the sale or price will be adjusted accordingly.
