The official I have ordered/received my new MKVI thread

I pick up my GTI tomorrow morning... it has only been 119 days but who is counting...

I am picking mine up this coming Wednesday.. Finally..

Good to hear you are happy with the stock stereo, i've recently ordered a Golf R (which i assume has the same standard audio system) and have been thinking i should of opted for the Dynaudio upgrade, hearing this eases my concerns slightly.

I agree that the stock system is pretty good also. I did find I had to do some adjusting from time to time but I put that down to the file source more than the system. I had a 'Harmon Kardon' system in my Mini and it wasn't as good as the GTI system.

I found the stock sound system in my GTI to be rather unimpressive. Just sounds a bit lifeless, doesn't bring the music alive. Doesn't matter, I'm too busy listening to the engine anyway :)

Well I am very jealous. My car arrived in the country 3 WEEKS AGO on Sunday and I have not heard a thing from the dealer.

I actually contacted them to let them know my contact details had changed, and I had some questions to ask, and I have not heard a thing still.

Keeping in mind here, that I have contacted them via Email and phone.

The wait is unbearable!!!
