The nice blokes at Autografika in Canberra done the job and it was their first attempt at Ventureshield on an R (apparently have done quite a few GTI’s)
The results weren’t too bad but quite a few water bubbles remain underneath. They have reassured me that they should evaporate after a couple of weeks and if I’m not happy after that time, to bring it back in. Not sure whether this is a common occurrence or not but would think that they should of been ironed out when applied.
Time will tell...
I'll let you know how mine comes back next Wednesday after I've picked her up from having the Ventureshield applied :)

You get what you pay for, Theracingroom did mine and it was perfect but then again cost $1399 for full bonnet and all the rest.

I tried using comfort on the way home tonight and decided I wasn't in the mood...back to sport lol. But you're right, the ACC is money well spent IMO. The dealers would sell heaps more cars with it if they had demo's with/without! Did 333km's on the first full fill. Think it was 50-55L worth without checking. So around 17-18L/100. Fine with me, though it will drop heaps once I settle down a bit.Quote:
