What was the Tig nominated for?
The BMW should win the sports car category, a simple retune and the thing is a monster.
The R will most likely win against the GTI as it is not a bang for buck or value for money test.
Media release came through this morning...
Best Sports Car under $80,000:
BMW 135i Coupe
Volkwagen Golf Gti
Volkswagen Golf R
Personally I don't think the beemer stands a chance. But which of the two Golfs will win?
Best Small Car under $35,000:
Honda Civic VTi
Hyundai i30 SX
Volkswagen Golf 118 Tsi
Again, I don't really see either of the Asian entries winning...
The VW Group got nominated in almost every other categories but i'm too lazy to post in the Polo, Passat, Tiguan, Audi and Skoda forums...
There is no Golf in my life. This is unacceptable...
