Title defender Volkswagen made another top-form showing in the British Formula 3 Championship on the Grand Prix circuit at Brands Hatch.
A victory and five out of nine possible podium places were achieved by the partner teams running with Volkswagen Power. Felipe Nasr and Rupert Svendsen-Cook secured second and third place for Carlin Motorsport in round one, while Menasheh Idafar was successful for T-Sport as the runner-up and Carlos Huertas for Carlin Motorsport in third place in round two. The wet third race was clearly dominated by Felipe Nasr: The Brazilian grabbed more than 24 seconds on the racing distance from his compatriot Lucas Foresti (Dallara-Mercedes).
