Shame the facelift didn't get MQB tech but still looks nice.

So not only are we 12 months behind other places in receiving the facelift, it doesn't add anything over the current version. Wait, sorry, it has the ability to park itself in a 90degree carpark as well as parallel. Don't use that feature so don't care. Still only running the 125kw TDI as well. (extra 5kw isn't noticeable, but I'm sure the 30nm extra would be)
Superb just slipped down the replacement list, A4 2.0TDI Quattro now top of the list.

I think Audi have dropped the A4 Avant diesel/quattro option unless you go Allroad

Just read and see pics of the new Passat.
Interior has all Skoda parts ie radio, gear leaver that my RS Octavia will have..... And still looks like a premium golf (the Passat does) yet it's a shame the new Supurb facelift comparing to the new Passat has a very dated interior!!

Therefore we'll have the sedan. Foresters still get used more often to carry stuff that requires a wagon, so therefore no need to have 3. As we found when looking last weekend (and even when we drove the base 1.8t when leasing the Superb) they have a sizeable boot with the ability to drop the rear seats anyway.
Looks like they have released pricing info

Que? Like once or twice I've linked. Didn't say much cause I'm not that hip with the Superb, but I know there were fears of it not coming here so figured I'd just drop the news by.

Yes, according to our local dealer they are on sale now. I think they may have said that it was available to order even after it was not a 'special edition' (which I assume means it will become a normal part of the range). I saw one heading towards Melbourne on the Hume Freeway last Friday. (on a transporter). Looks alright, however I was driving the other way and didn't get a chance to properly look at it.

I saw one of these yesterday, Elegance with a body kit. Interior wise nothing has changed but i thought the outside looked pretty good, the dark grey really set off well against the Moon White. AWD with the 125kW Diesel, exactly what the AWD needed.
I drove the Elegance Diesel as well, felt and looked exactly the same as the pre-FL from the inside, but I have to admit the exterior has improved. They have fixed the twin door as well, one button to open the boot, the other to open the hatch, rather than having to push both buttons one after the other to open the hatch. The main think I noticed is how quiet it is to drive compared to the Octavia III I have now. Apart from that, the more modern Columbus and colour MFD in the Octavia III would be great additions.
