Where abouts is everyone located..? I think we should make it central from everyone I'm located towards western sydney I would say around parramatta? Possibly some where where we can get a coffee & chat?

I used to run a cruise from somewhere to somewhere every other month but gave up after we used to get two or three cars along :( There also used to be a dinner on in Parramatta once a month a while back now but I don't know what happened to that.

I'd be keen to get out somewhere :)

I'd be keen, not sure if i could do every month but definitely keen to meet with some fellow dubbers on a regular basis.

a lot of people may groan and sigh when they hear golfnet etc but just a suggestion may be worth just piggybacking on their monthly meet if thats going already? no point in having two separate monthly vw meets, and hell if you dont wanna hang with them you can sit at a different table or something lol just my 2c

I live in the Sutherland area and Im always keen for a Natio cruise. Hoping to have my coilovers in for the weekend so that will be a good test out for them. Ill send you a PM

Part of one of the VW groups with most members mainly based out of Melb, they seem to have weekly meets with decent turn outs! Though weekly would probably be overkill, might be good to join up the VWW/golfnet meets like what peeps are saying and rotate locations. More the merrier, right? :P Also, keen to come to say hello and for a coffee if something gets organised :)

I suggest meeting at Loftus Oval at 10am and then heading in.

If people are hungry afterwards, there’s a place that does killer chicken burgers in Thirroul we can head to for lunch.

I also have started a Facebook group for Australian Golf R32 Owners, check it out if you are interested but I can definitely see a lot of progress to come. We have a gathering coming up on the 3rd May too!

Like Dom said, I would definitely be up for some regular monthly VWWatercooled gatherings in Sydney if that was to be organised. I can't stand the bickering and "know it all" character of the guys on VWG. Let's make our own!
