Hi everyone,

I just bought a 95 Golf TDi and got it roadworthy, but there are still things that need to be done. One of them is the re-seal of my Diesel pump. I found some good videos online and a re-seal kit in Dandenong, but I don't have the software to check if the amount of Diesel getting into the pump will be correct afterwards.

Does anyone in Melbourne have the software (I think it is called VCDS) to do that while the pump is in the car? The places I called up want to check the entire pump and need it out of the car, but I wasn't planning on taking it out to do the re-sealing job.

The car also seems to loose power when it is hot and on the freeway it feels like the car locks up sometimes. Maybe that has to do with the pump, but I am not sure.

I live in Carlton and it would be great if someone could help me out.

Thanks guys
