Polo GTI 2007 info

Hi guys, just got a Polo GTI 2007 and it didn't come with an owners handbook or manual...
Just after a few easy things that everyone should know;
*What tyre pressure do you run?
*What engine oil do you use?
*How do you reset/use the tyre pressure monitor?
*What are the service intervals?

If i've missed any links on the forum please pom them up.

36 psi front, 33 psi rear for stock 16's imo

press and hold the tyre button after you've filled your tyres, but really not an issue unless you get a warning. the system measures difference in the rolling diameter / number of turns over distance to see if one is different to the other.

service15,000 kms, but if tuned (chipped) i'd suggest you drop to 10,000 for oil changes.
