I have a polo 9N3 which is the same underpinnings as your fabias I think. I'm thinking your rear axles are probably the same as ours too and that I might be able to use fabia RS rear springs in a polo gti if they prove to be lower/stiffer.
I doubt passing on ride height measurements of your stock RS's (guard to hub centre, or even sills at the front and back jacking points to the ground) would help because of your different body panelling, but if its possible to see the spring colour codes that may help! Or could someone measure the wire guage and post a photo of the spring, or even better does someone know what the actual spring rates are for RS's?
