RNS 510 Firmware changelog

Does anybody have a changelog for the RNS 510 firmware?

I've had a look around and the closest thing I've found to one is this:

I know that 4120 also adds things like the male voice and radio text but it would be handy to have a full changelog for each release. For example, I noticed that 3 alternatives with route guidance now has pretty icons for each of the 3 routes for shortest, fastest and most economical colour-coded to the actual route you get during navigation but I have no idea when that was introduced.

Thanks. The Italian site was the kind of thing I was after. Lucky we have Google Translate!

I come from an IT background so I guess I'm kind of used to seeing a list of what's different between versions of things.
