Hi Folks,
I noted that a few people in the forum had swopped out the steering wheels on their cars with the pedal version. I did the same this week.
What a difference the pedals make. Given my previous car was a manual mkv GTI, I have to say the Jetta is becoming a lot more fun to drive...

I got the wheel from carsystems.pl. They had a nice selection. Went with the flat bottom R line and black stitching... looks nice. I got to flog my 3 spoke Jetta wheel now with the matching airbag ...

If you've got more money to burn these make an even bigger difference: Home Page > Search > maniacs > ES#1892534 DSG Paddle Extensions - Stainless Steel Inlay Without Script - PES-962801P (http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/maniacs/ES1892534/)

They still get the job done IMO. Gotta get em' installed !! ...helps alot when you are either turning left or right and when you are in DSG manual mode... Just make sure the paddle shifters' surfaces are clean and dust free when you stick em' on.

I'm sure the function is just the same, and the price is much more in the reasonable range, only they didn't have the colour I wanted (stainless steel to match the metal parts of the steering wheel and pedals and DSG shifter base).
