Glad I didn't buy one. (recall, recall, recall).

You just can't beat a left foot clutch and a manual gearbox.

DO you really want the whole Polo section to become the DSG recall threads only, then go ahead and every one of you who have a problem with the DSG post your car details here. Just the VIN number and maybe someone will update your post what the real problem was. Finaly when all the DSG issues are over, I or someone else could use this info and post how many of those were the real problems and how many were something else completelly unrelated.

Ummm don't stress there bud, none of the 9n or 9n3's (as per the section title) have DSG :google:

It's a pretty good shift with the short shifter and bushes, no tech to worry about.

DSG = Dog Sheet Gearbox.
