08 Caddy Maxi Accelerator Issue

Hello All

I had an issue a couple of days ago which scared the absolute crap out of me. Basically my accelerator pedal got stuck down whilst driving on the freeway in the wet and in built up traffic. I had to take off my shoe to manually pull the pedal back up.

I'm booked in to get it looked at next week but just wanted to see if anyone else has had a similar issue.

My Caddy's done 99k, it's had a Viezu performance tune since about 75k which I've had no dramas with.
