Bio Diesel Making Equiptment. WVO, Methanol, Used Vegetable Oil | eBay (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=261193548864#ht_1832wt_1143)

Bio Diesel setup

2x 200ts 44 gallon cone based mixing tanks with 2 heating elements in each and fully welded bungs in the bottom of the cone

approximately 30 lt stainless steel meth oxide mixing tank

2x cold up flow filtration 44 gallon drums

approximately 400lt used vegetable oil

2 x 240v oil pumps for circulation

1 x 800lt oil heater tank for finished product

1 x bowsers set up for pumping with litre counter

various stop cocks

240v heating element

various hoses and clips

a small quantity of methanol (40lts at a guess)

and aprox 10kgs potassium hydroxide

Here I have for sale is a full bio-diesel set up that will make up to 400tls of bio at a time. I have used this successfully for approximately three years. It has pretty much everything to produce high grade biodiesel in bulk with couple of hours of hands on time. I work as a head chef and using oil out of the deep fryer to make bio diesel for use in my various diesel mercedes, and vw diesels. However I am heading overseas and everything must go.

The cars will be listed soon so keep an eye on my other listings. There are two w123 mercedes Diesel wagons. One 1980, the other 1985 with manual gearbox and sunroof. And two Mk1 golfs. one is 1980 with a mk2 turbo diesel engine and the other has all the gear to turn into a Turbo Diesel.

I am listing this as no reserve,

as I have saved myself a lot of money using this and it has paid for itself over and over again. It's time for another environmentally friendly biodiesel to ether set them self up properly from scratch or move onto a bigger equipment to make larger batches of bio to save them self some hassle and time. With the 400lts and the methanol and potassium hydroxide this gear could pay for itself straight away. I will have everything dismanteled ready for the buyer to remove. Pick Up within 7 days

I am Located in Aspendale Gardens

Gear is advertised elsewhere and may be removed at any time

You bid to buy not to have a look

How much room approx does this setup take? I'm assuming a shed is a bad idea as it has little ventilation?

Can't wait to see that manual W123, so cool! (can you PM me a rough asking price?)

It doesnt take up that much space. Basically it's four 44 gallon drums and the oil tank would be thinner than two 44. I would mix my meth oxide outside where it was ventilated then bring it in to mix with the oil. Would always leave the main garage door open and side door too. I would turn the pump on to mix everything then leave it for an hour or do and come back and turn it off.

Pm sent
