The standard radio with the 6stack CD is maybe good enough for many but lacking the navigation and media player in general, caused me to install in something that reflects the time we live in.
After considering the genuine RNS510, I’ve decided for ANS710, mainly because on the list of the things to do for the Treg’s fifth birthday was also to fit the RVC and fix the VW BT that failed the second time in less than 5 years and it was a poor excuse for the blue tooth in the car that costs close to $100k.
The budget was up to $1000 and wasn’t exceeded, even squeezed in the black box recorder with front and rear HD cameras that works 24/7 driving or parked.
The ANS710 unit delivers on its promise and it is a decent alternative to RNS510 at the fraction of the cost.

The biggest challenge was to run the wires from the tail gate to the inside of the car. The navigation is just perfect, using Primo maps that even worn you saying "the speed limit is 60km/h, slow down". :)
