Just picked up my first Volkswagen polo Gti today
This is how I got it with full leather and sunroof completely standard
http://img834.imageshack.us/img834/7109/imagevex.jpg
http://img819.imageshack.us/img819/8691/imagenbk.jpg
First thing I did was take the roof racks off cos I don't like them and I think it looks cleaner without them and this is how it sits now
http://img706.imageshack.us/img706/4503/imagexyj.jpg
Not sure if I'm gonna change much on the car cos I'm still building my rx7 at the moment maybe just upgrade the sound system and clean up the wheels cos all 4 are a bit ruff and could use some paint but ill see how I go

Hey man, the car looks terrific! You picked one of the rarer colours too.
Where's that RX7 build? ;)

Rx7 build thread is a bit much so ill just show some photos lol
Round one with a mild port motor and a knight sport high flow turbo making just over 300hp atw
http://img580.imageshack.us/img580/7070/imagejno.jpg
http://img27.imageshack.us/img27/8859/imageqae.jpg
Attracted to much unwanted attention being purple lol
So round 2 pearl white extended port with a to4/66 still in the build all wiring hidden holes in bay filled up and just about everything has been rebuilt or new aiming for around 400hp+ with this setup

Oh very nice man, that's a great looking RX7.
Do you have any MOD ideas for the GTI? Getting a Tune will make it feel like a brand new car.
LZY13B
12-01-2013, 12:53 PM
Very tempted for a front mount and a tune but I still need to go over the car during the week clean it all up needs a few little touch ups here and there but ill wait till the rx7 is done then ill start playing with it
If I change much ill do mainly bolt on upgrades so I can take them off and put it back to standard if needed

Mate well done. I agree roof racks off unless your actaully using them. I have the same roof racks too.
I have not seen a blue Polo about Brisbane and they are rare. I had a choice of a Blue one on the Gold Coast and I have had our Polo GTi since 2010.
We did a long road trip in 2010, Brisbane, Dubbo, Melbourne, Tassie tour of over 4000 ks, back to Melbourne, ACT,Sydney, Brisbane. Total was 6500 ks. I am a VW fan now!
I had the choice of my MY06 WRX with 208kwatw or the Polo with 132kwatw. We did 85% of the Targa routes and the Polo was fantastic, so much fun. Too much fun actually. I was told the Tassie Police are ahhh nice.
Keep us informed how you progress.
Cheers Al

Don't worry ill beat your time in my rx7 haha
In the polo today tho in the rain went around a round about the the tyres just slid I need to buy some new quality tyres cos there is just cheap rubbish on there at the moment most likely get kumho's and my mate is also excited 2 paint up my wheels clean up some of the marks so ill most likely pull them off maybe next month when I'm on holidays and clean them up a bit

Lol yeah just joking around I'm not much for the track more of a cruiser but also have my brother 9 second 550hp+ rx7 that I'm tempted 2 take out sometime but it kind scares me drove it once and never again haha
Seeing as I need new tyres and my wheels need some repairs I think it will be easier just to buy new wheels but just looking there are not many options in our offset so I'm just on the hunt for something neat most likely just 17s not gonna go over board just yet cos I'm driving this daily

Ok started to detail the car and cleaning up under the bonnet and brought the shine back
http://img210.imageshack.us/img210/6250/imagewbk.jpg
I gotta say I had never seen such a filthy engine bay on any car mission of a cleaning job and got my first cut of many to come from this car I'm sure haha and seeing as this car was always serviced at Volkswagen I was shocked when I look down in the front bar and noticed some round thing not sure what it was maybe something to do with the aircon just hanging there not clipped in bouncing around near the fan
Also noticed that the tappets are making a lot of noise so ill change the oil soon and see if that helps and pray this car is not gonna cost me more than my rx7 lol

Nice battery box, mine didn't come with one?
Where do you pick them up from?
LZY13B
16-01-2013, 01:56 PM
Standard battery box from what I know not sure if your being serious or just trolling lol
Did a service on the car today and couldn't believe the condition of the plugs
http://img822.imageshack.us/img822/5281/imagezwc.jpg
Much nicer and smoother ride now but also while under the car I noticed the passenger side axle boot is ripped  so looks like I've found the next job. Are they hard to take out on these cars?

I've seen a fair few polo gtis and none had a top on the battery box.
My previous 2003 polo S had a fully enclosed battery box like pictured above.

Sparkplugs are good for life it would seem, there's nothing wrong with them until they fail.......
You need an M8 spline tool to remove the joint from the gearbox and probably a 30mm socket for the axle nut. That might be a 12 point nut too.
It depends on your mechanical skills as to whether they are hard or not.

Trying to get new plugs was a pain and what came up on there system was FR7KPP33U+ and even looking on there computer myself showing its suitable for this model car but looking on this site I can't find any info on them but they were the same size and the car is running fine and smoother than the old plugs and they were only $40
No ones had the PFR6Q in stock in my area so if anyone thinks I'm gonna have problems with these plz let me know and ill change them
LZY13B
18-01-2013, 01:22 PM
Im already getting angry at this car cos every time I drive it find another problem lol
I've noticed when in 5th gear and let go of the accelerator I get a vibration through the box just rolling in gear but its all nice and smooth on the throttle and all the other gears are fine just 5th and it only happens like once every third time I put in 5th
Ill change the oil in the box and see if that helps and has anyone else had something like this? Searching through the site couldn't find the answer and I don't think it's a mount
Stuwey
18-01-2013, 06:11 PM
I'll place two bets. Engine mounts, and flywheel.
LZY13B
18-01-2013, 07:30 PM
If it was engine mounts or flywheel wouldn't i notice it in other gears? Cos it's only in 5th and not always there it's just random
Stuwey
18-01-2013, 09:51 PM
Harmonics do weird things to a car! I had massive issues with my car, turned out to be a single engine mount. Now, the flywheel has given up, and is being changed next week.
Does the vibe happen more on the way 'up' the rev range, or just on overrun or...?
LZY13B
19-01-2013, 09:58 AM
It's the same vibe at any rpm in 5th and only when I'm off the accelerator but if I hit the clutch and put it in out of 5th a few times it goes away so it's just random
LZY13B
19-01-2013, 12:39 PM
Ok driving it today no vibrations at all so it's gotta be the oil not being able 2 handle it. It was 45 on the highway yesterday so at least it's a easy fix putting new gear box oil in

Wheels, yes, tyres not with the plastic guards (need around -20 offset)
LZY13B
24-01-2013, 10:31 AM

Installed it all in about 2 hours first hour was trying to get the old unit out cos I don't have the proper keys to remove it so I kinda destroyed the original unit lol no bloody knuckles or anything once the unit was out wiring was easy and works like factory and turns off when you remove the key
Just used a universal bracket and bolted it all back together. The bottom of the bracket could use a little trim to make it a little neater but I'm happy with it. Also have the USB cable run underneath the steering wheel on the little shelf so I can charge my phone and plug my iPod into

Ok so tomorrow morning I'm taking my car out where my rx7 is and I'm gonna change the box oil 2 see if that fixes some of the problems also it only plays up when it's really hot and I've been driving for an hour from cold the box is perfect and having a hoist makes live easier lol

I don't understand how a pod in the box would work any better and most standard setups work alright and trying to keep it standard look
Been looking at buying the forge fmic but its says this
This front mounting intercooler kit is suitable for the Mk VII VW Polo 1.8T with a 9N2 chassis, late 2006-onwards.
Mine is a late 05 build 06 model is there any difference or will it be alright?

It's all the 9n3 chassis, same engine, etc so there's no reason it wouldn't fit that I know. May I ask why Forge, the brisbane dyno day thread/s may be worth a read. To paraphrase, great cooling properties but had pressure loss so erratic boost behaviour. The cooling benefit didn't outweigh the pressure loss.
My Seat Sport, along with piping was roughly $600 all landed from UK.

I don't want to buy a cooler on its own then all pipes off eBay and everything I want a complete kit hence why I was looking at the forge also those coolers look overkill bigger than the one on my rx7 lol
If any of those other coolers come in a kit complete plz show me a link cos I can't find it
VWindahouse

Gavin sells the complete piping kit. Plus the SEAT will net you 6 more kw's atw plus a heap of torque over the forge. Dyno proven and cheaper
seangti
05-04-2013, 04:09 PM
I was much the same though Gav (h100W) helped me out with specifics. I bought the clamps and pipes from APMotorstore in UK, not ebay. If you PM me your email address I can send the receipt with the parts and quantity. Gav was also getting the MAF sensor thingy welded to a handful of 90 degree elbows, send him a PM to clarify.
Don't get me know, I'm not product bashing (i've got other Forge gear and no complaints) or ranting over what I've got. If I can help with a purchase than happy to do so.

The standard setup is fine, its the PD160 stock bit thats restrictive. The pod is a little better, my thoughs are that it relates to having the air in a pipe, then dumped into a box, then back into a pipe. I've tried a few different ideas (open pods, stock panel, oiled panel, custom boxes (not fully enclosed), heat shields, but the pod in the box (stolen from UK Polo 320BHP build thread) is what I've found works best.
The benefits over stock are marginal, thats why I said stay with paper or go pod.

Had one, prefer the Seat core. The core is taller, but its a 2-pass, so its somewhat similar to a shorter but longer straight-thru design. Forge one wasn't fantastic in summer. I lost a little power compared to the stock cooler. The Seat core is light, pickup with 1 finger light.

It sounds nice and loud but as soon as I close the bonnet not so much so that kinda sucks but being a dual port kompact I can change it to plumb back only. Also I've noticed it's open till you hit the throttle and then it seals and its also fixed the hesitation issue I had around 3k so I'm guessing the standard bov wasn't sealing properly

It feels a bit smoother and I noticed a tiny bit of lag but feels like it's given me a little more power cos it's pulling harder over 4k
Think it just needs some more boost put into it but I'm a little worried if the turbo can handle it cos it's done 120k and being my daily I don't wanna damage it but everything is done and ready to be chipped now

Ok my car has done just over 120k now and notice the countdown and today when I started the car it beeped at me and says inspection.
I'm guessing it's time for full service as in timing belt and water pump can someone tell me what this is gonna cost me?
I turned off the beep and warming but don't wanna leave it too long just in case

Was giving my car a bit of a go yesterday and today noticed the engine light is on grrr haven't lost any power or anything so not sure what the problem would be. Only thing I've noticed the last few weeks is on cold start it hesitates for a few seconds like it's going to stall but runs perfect again once again over 2k but only happens in the mornings

Ok I went into a work shop near my work today (SAS) silverwater automotive services and they said they can tune my car but don't use standard programs. They do full custom coding on the dyno and go over the car and they said $1200
I'm guessing this is a better option so they can tune it to what my motor can handle but just wanna know if the price is alright and it's worth paying that much for custom code and if it will be much better than just a normal program?
rgvlee
17-01-2014, 04:02 PM
For relatively standard mods like you are doing I'd be saving the cash and getting a proven off the shelf solution (i.e., CC, APR and so on).
I'd only see the benefit of what you're suggesting if it was something the off the shelf guys couldn't offer, i.e., bigger turbo.
There are other benefits such as CC can delete the SAI CEL for example.
I've just done the same FMIC as you, pd160, forge dv and now sorting out a downpipe so I can get a CC stage 2 tune.

So have they done many Polo's or will yours be the first?
If you are keen to have one off software. See Parsorex IMO.
Otherwise, if they managed to make more than 5hp over any other tune, you could consider yourself lucky.

Whilst that's the done thing with jap cars, it's rarely if ever done with the VW's (I won't generalise and say the euro's). On my old subaru, I'd never have considered this tuning approach, perhaps the tolerances are lower or more variables in japanese cars, but given the number of VW's getting around tuned and the varying bolt on mods, they are nearly all done without custom tuning or dyno runs. It took a bit for me to feel comfortable with the approach, but is evident that it works and is reliable.
As Gav said, how many polo's have they done? seen the dyno charts? You know what to look for anyway, all I'm suggesting is that euro's seem to take a different approach to japanese tuners with reliability and power proven.

Mate, that Revo tune would be 156KWs @ the Flywheel? Are you going to VW Village (they tuned mine) or Peak Performance?
Last dyno I had was 133 KWATW & good torque curve too. Fitted the THS FMIC since then. Gavin has driven mine recently, pretty much to his expectations for the tune. Cheers Al

Yeah 156kws @ the flywheel so if I get around or over 125kws at the wheels I'll be happy and I'll be going to peak performance at North Parra. I serviced the car today forgot how much of a pain the oil filter was lol

I doubt that it's running lean, the ECU will be all over the mixture. By cheap plugs do you mean BKR7Es? I have them in the Squib and my S3 no dramas. Just swap them at the first sign of a misfire.
Boost spikes, are they in any particular gear? I found with the VW tune on my car and a downpipe the boost was proper random. The turbo spooling so quick, without the restrictive dp, that the ECU couldn't catch it.
I can't see that you have a downpipe, so I don't see that being the problem. If the peak boost is repeatable in 3rd gear pulls. I'd say there's nothing wrong.
Gavin

It's hit 16psi before going all over the place but I think that was due up the bov playing up and it's in all gears hitting 11-12psi except for 1st but I haven't killed it yet but all talk to the guy at peak performance tomorrow and he will let me know if there is anything wrong

Could be dodgy N75 or wiring unless the DV is sticking. Check the boost with the N75 disconnected electrically and see if the boost is consistent. It'll tell you what the actuator is set to

Hey everyone been a while since I posted I normally just read up on all the info
Anyway I didn't end up selling the polo still playing around with it one main problem I had was the sunroof leaking and dam that was bad the passengers side would just flood with water and it would smell really bad. I ended up pulling it apart and pulling the roof lining down. I've learnt not to not just use a compresser to just blow it out again cos that made it worse from the sunroof cos they aren't clamped on they just slide on hoses.
After looking inside I notice the hose had popped off the sunroof so water was going straight into the car. Once I had my hands on the pipes they were blocked so I used the compresser with hot soapy water till I could hear it coming out the front and it's perfect again no more leaking yay lol
Just when I thought that's if for now I have a new problem  for the last two weeks I've noticed the secondary air pump on start up is stupid loud so from what I've read it's failing but no warning light yet but dam it's getting loud. I don't want to buy a new pump so I was thinking of removing it now do I have to take all the pollution stuff from on top off or can I just pull the pump off and block them up?
If anyone has a link of how to do it and a kit I can buy to remove it that would be great thanks

I just replaced mine, $18 from VW. PN: 06A103663B
I would buy this one:
Audi A3 S3 TT Quattro Volkswagon Dipstick Guide Tube 06A103663B | eBay (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/AUDI-A3-S3-TT-QUATTRO-VOLKSWAGON-DIPSTICK-GUIDE-TUBE-06A103663B-/301242979250?hash=item46237b13b2)
In Sydney already and genuine. Not much more than the UK you posted. Mine from VW was yellow rather than orange just like they say in the eBay listing, hopefully the yellow plastic is longer lasting than the orange.
Make sure you give it a good hard push on until you hear it click once you get it.

So I called around asked the shop that did my revo tune about the dump pipe and told me the price for the millek one  no way I'm paying that I can have one made for half of that my mechanic around the corner from my work is a engineer and said he can make me one for a few hundred just not sure if I wanna go hiflow cat.
Will a hiflow cat make a lot more difference I don't plan on going any further than stage 2 tune so is it ok just doing 2.5 or 3" off the turbo to the cat or is it better if I change the cat also I wanna hear the turbo spool more I like noise

Yeah I was quite swayed by his arguements. Plautos as well swore that the stock cat had great flow and he incorporated it into his system. I was planning then on just doing a 3'' dump into the stock cat. That had the extra benefit that I wasn't very likely to get a CEL with the stock cat with a dump and phase 1 tune. After it was removed though I made up my mind. Looking (or trying to!) through it versus through a 200 cell was night and day. I think the simple fact that you will generate high flow CEL's with 200 cells versus the stock cat that won't, is proof enough that high flow cats do work better than stock ones.
My 3'' dump and 200 cell that then cones down to the stock 2/1/4 works realy well. I've logged 190g/s with a phase 1 tune and stock intercooler which I think is pretty good. The K03 is all about midrange torque and an agressive ramp up. Enough volume is built into the system before it cones down to standard pipe, that back pressure shouldn't become a major issue until higher in the revs anyway and when you drive these cars you just don't hold sustained high rpm anyway. I don't think I loose anything compared to cars that have a mandrel bent 2/1/2 back section.

You see a lot of cats placed right up the front quite close to the downpipe section. My guy explained that to get a front section only to work well you need to build maximum volume into it by going no less then 3 inch and also by positioning the cat as far back as practical. That way you extend the 'filling time' of the front section before back pressure starts to ramp up. If you place the cat right up at the start of the system you are just taking the component that is singularly most responsible for causing restriction and moving it into a position that cuts unrestricted 'volume' out of your system and causes backpressure rise to occur sooner. That was the theory anyway. Tradeoff would be that it'll take longer for your cat to heat from an emissions perspective. anyway food for thought.

Is that $500 including the cat or just the pipe without? If its with that's a good price! I cant find anywhere near me to go that low.

My car has a 4" expansion chamber as part of the dump pipe on it, done by the previous owner, Anthony. There's quite some detail in his thread on the theory behind it, which supports what you're saying. As I understand it, it's essentially a high pressure system behind the turbo which allows it to spin freely, leading into a lower pressure (exhaust) to suck/accelerate the exhaust gas out. You want as much capacity in the exhaust before introducing a restriction.
In talking with a race shop when getting other work done, he did say for the power produced by these cars, it's pretty useless, if making double the power, say 300kw, yeah absolutely go for it. That's in reference to the 4 inch expansion chamber. 3" is more than adequate on these cars IMO. Even the stage 3 cars, in reality we're not making big numbers anyway.

I've been running a custom 2.5 inch downpipe with a xforce cat on stage 2 tune and it performs very well.
I don't think I'd bother going to 3 inch unless I was going stage 3.

Probably nothing much to be gained with the 3 inch on a std turbo. Scene points maybe. I got mine knowing that I'd be doing the turbo soon enough.

Would agree that if you are comparing full free flowing systems that 2.5 versus 3 has probably nothing in it with the amount of gas that a K03 will push. If you intend on doing a half system though then going to 3'' over 2.5'' is a about the only way to build maximum volume into a relatively short run of pipe. ie you are operating on a different premise to a full system - you know that after a point that back pressure will steadily ramp up as the back section will struggle to evacuate gasses. eg flow restrictors don't really become restrictors until they are flowing hard.
Building volume into the front section buys you time before that back pressure becomes an issue - hopefully enough time that given our 5000 rpm shift point it won't even be one. I can only pass on what my exhaust guy crunched in his brain but he was adamant that a 2.5'' half system wouldn't cut it in this respect. Remember volume is cubed, area is squared. The cross sectional area of a 2.5in versus 3'' is still significantly different but when you multiply that c.s.a by 2 meters of pipe length, the volume change is enormous.

when i did my fmic it made the power alot smoother down low alot better for daily driving and the power holds alot longer and harder to red line. but the biggest difference is heatsoak with the stocker i would stop in traffic for 10 minutes then take off fast and felt like i took the turbo off the car was a nugget lol now with the fmic can sit in traffic and take off and it and all the power is still there

Bad news is I spoke to my mechanic and he somehow snapped one of the bolts in the turbo  and also they guy he was getting the dump pipe off was stuffing him around so he canceled the order
Good news he has had another customer come in with a golf gti think like a 98 model or something and he bought a complete milltek exhaust and doesn't want to go stage 2 tune and is just using the cat back so the dump pipe with hiflow cat and everything is going on my car he has lined it up and said it will work just about straight bolt on maybe just some minor mods but getting it at a fraction of the price so should be ready in the next day or two I hope  and it's a 3" dump

Ok just drove the car home on stage 2 and honestly it feels slower  second gear was only hitting 16psi unlike before it was hitting 18psi and it doesn't want to spin the tyres like before so I don't get it  might just be cos it's a hot day. Kinda felt like it had a little more torque around 4K but I was expecting a bit more of a kick

it should get better the more you drive it give it time to adjust

You can't go off a boost gauge in second. It needs loading g up. If it feels slower it probably is. You should go back and tell them. Logging with vcds at a minimum to check it's going what it should.

It is in the mid 30s in Sydney atm so that doesn't help but I'll see how it goes and if it doesn't feel right I'll take it back on Friday to get it looked at but I get the feeling I need to buy a TIP to help cos I think that's restricting it a little

the stock TIP collapse under high boost so ive read but yeh you should replace that you will see a good gain from a new TIP

I found a noticeable gain when I changed the TIP on phase 2. I didn't change anything else at the time so it was purely the TIP that I was feeling. Wouldn't say it was a massive gain but certainly felt better between 3-5000rpm.

Well after driving it a bit I've noticed more torque over 3k but feels like something is holding it back so a TIP will most likely be next but it felt smoother on stage 1 with just the dump feels like it's running too rich with the 4 bar reg or something :/ I know it's only a 15% increase for stage 2 but was expecting a bit more of a kick and it doesn't fry the tyres in second really so I'm not sure what's going on

not spinning tyres is a good thing you got traction. what tyres are you using?

They are kumo KU19 I believe they are kinda new might be why I have traction lol

Ok I've come to the conclusion something isn't right with my car giving it a few hits on my way home it does feel slow and being stage 2 I don't understand why I couldn't even make the tyres spin in second up a hill. When I got the dump put in on stage 1 it felt good had some torque steer hitting full boost quick
It's still hitting 18psi in second and around 19-20psi in 3rd and 4th looking in the bay I can't see anything lose but honestly felt quicker on stage 1

did u order the TIP? i do feel that not having a larger exhaust is holding my tune back but dont under estimate your little car. i did the same and proved myself wrong coming up against cars that should be faster but weren't. HAR8ON and i go on drives nearly every 2nd week you can tag along if your interested and we can take a look at it.

is your tune designed so that you can road test it yourself and add timing with unisettings/lemmiwinks, similar to the custom code phase 2 system or is your ignition timing considered to be at a "don't touch" maximum?
If you can take some o2 sensor logs that would be ideal to see if you are running pig rich. Alternatively a mechanic you might know might be happy to go for a blat around the block with you with an AFR sensor up the tailpipe.
Pull your plugs and see if they are fouled.

Haven't ordered the TIP yet but soon just spent 3k on the car and just had rego turn up for the rx7 so trying to control myself a bit haha
And I can't play with the tune myself it's a revo stage 2 might call the shop and have him take it for a spin and sus it out but honestly it's only really felt this way since I put the 4 bar reg in so I believe it is running rich or just the standard TIP is holding it back

If you have a registered version of VCDS Lite or get hold of ME7 Logger, go log it.
ME7 logger details - 403 Forbidden (http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php/topic,837.0title,.html)
ME7 is much more powerful than VCDS for logging and is worth the time setting up. Plus it's free. That will help clarify what's going.
Don't go fiddling with lemmiwinks or unisettings until it's logged.

oh yeah when I mentioned lemmiwinks I wasn't suggesting that you could fiddle your way out of a problem using it - just thought maybe your tune is done in a way that expects you to go and road tune it, and that maybe the source of your problem is that it feels flat and turd because you haven't gotten any timing into it yet. Worth asking the revo people on that one.

Well I just ordered a TIP so that will turn up in a few weeks and I'm sure that will be fun to install haha and it is a recommended upgrade for the revo stage 2 so if no good after that it's back to the shop to get looked at but I do get the feeling it's not getting enough air hence why it feels like it's running rich so hopefully the TIP will give me the power I'm looking for

Do you also have the larger air intake, PD160 or pod or something? The stock one is also restrictive, I noticed a nice little gain (more so smoother delivery than a gain as such) going with the PD160 on stage 1 tune.
LZY13B
17-03-2016, 09:16 AM
Yes I have the PD160 installed and cut out that flap but no pod just a k&n pan filter but sure if I wanna go pod filter but wouldn't mind the induction noise lol

No matter what I do I can get second gear to fry reving it till 5k but no luck. Spoke to the guy who tuned my car and suggested maybe the over sized 3" dump pipe is why I've lost the power down low and don't really feel the good power till 4K but I don't see how that is possible seeing as when I first got the dump installed on stage 1 it was pulling harder and quicker than ever and It was frying and was fighting some torque steer lol
Only really felt the power loss since I put the 4 bar reg on other than that can't really think of anything else unless anyone else has some ideas on what could be causing the problem? He said he can look at he tune for me but I need to wait around 2 weeks till I have some time to go might go over he car tomorrow and see if I can find anything loose but it's really starting to annoy me

put a MBC in between the charge pipe and N75 valve you will pick up huge bottom end power and come on to boost alot faster ive done it to my car and my mates polo that also has revo stage 2 and i added alittle timming to his tune his car feels awesome now

Have you logged it to confirm that you haven't created a lean running situation?

No I haven't logged anything I don't have the equipment to check this stuff but I really need to go over the car soon and hopefully sort this out

Going over the car can't really see a problem and I'm coming to the conclusion that it's a coil causing the problems the other day I gave it a rev in second and tried to put my foot down giving it a hit and it just bogged down and didn't want to go had to give it a few taps before it started accelerating again gonna sus out if there are any local shops around my work tomorrow that could do a scan for me and if that's it then it might explain why my car feels like it's getting slower haha
LZY13B
22-03-2016, 09:01 AM
Just got a scan done and not showing any faults the only idea he has is that I'm using bad plugs that what I'm using isn't good for so much boost so he is ordering me a set so I'll find out this arvo if that fixes the problem hopefully it's just something small like that or honestly I'm going back to stage 1
