How do I Replace the cigarette lighter in in my 2006 multivan in the passanger row

I am wanting to replace / investigate why the cigarette lighter in my 2006 multivan T5 Comfortline is not working - it is located in the passenger compartment near the third row of seats. Does anyone know how I can access it? I have not had any success to date and would appreciate some advice. Thank you
