I don't watch them on TV since the original programs don't have ads, which means in order to insert ads on Ch 9/Go they have to be cutting out part of the show. FinalGear.com (http://finalgear.com) is the place to go to keep up to date and grab content. Also if you register on the forums there's a subforum called Video Offers that has a lot of interesting stuff in there.

you lose the 'news' articles on the FTA version. which is ok considering its for the UK car market.

also thanks for the link!

Yes news and parts of the interviews iirc (sometimes bits from the main program too though - I remember there was one episode where a whole segment was cut out - history of British Racing Green I think).

Also sometimes the news segment are the funniest parts of the program... oh wait this is a car forum, we don't care about the comedy. :)

Currently watching S15E03 where they take the Maserati, Porsche, and the Aston to see which is the better tourer. Hilarious to see how fed up they are with the Porsche.

+1
It's a great resource for all things Top Gear. Even some of the US version have been good.

Not to mention some of the other shows the 3 guys have presented (via the Video Offers forum). i.e. Richard Hammond's Center or the Earth and Miracles of Nature, Crash Course was alright, James May's 20th Century, Toy Stories, Man Lab (maybe not), etc.

There are two versions of the show made the original 1 hour and the "international" version that SBS used to run that is something like 47 minutes with room for ads. The last time I saw Top Gear on Ch9 they were showing the full version but with ads and running it for nearly 1 1/2 hours. It was way better than what SBS used to show.
SBS showed the Monaro episode but cut out the Stig doing the hot lap!

I've never used the breadcrumb feature, in fact I've probably forgotten how to enable it from when I read about it in the manual 2 years ago
