16,000 km Volkswagen Rural Road Show to Hit The Road in Australia
On September 4, Volkswagen Group Australia will begin a 16,000-kilometre (10,000 mile) road trip and visit 20 rural dealerships with the complete Volkswagen model range. This is the first time that the complete Volkswagen range will be "showcased throughout the rural Volkswagen Dealer Network." Visitors at every stop on the roadshow will have a chance to drive their choice of vehicle from the Polo, Golf, Jetta, Passat, Touareg to the Crafter, Multivan and the Caddy models.
The road trip will take off from Bundaberg, Queensland on September 4 and return to Lismore on the Australian East coast on September 20, some 16 days later.

Volkswagen Rural Roadshow to Hit the Road
Volkswagen Group Australia is pleased to announce their first ever Rural Roadshow to officially start in Bundaberg on 4th September 2007. The Roadshow will cover more than 16,000km while visiting 20 rural dealerships before its final stop in Lismore on 20th November 2007.
For the first time, the complete Volkswagen range will be showcased throughout the rural Volkswagen Dealer Network. Visitors will have a chance to drive their choice of passenger vehicles from the award winning Polo, Golf and Jetta through to the luxurious Passat and recently released Touareg Facelift. The people mover range such as Caddy Life and Multivan along with the commercial vehicle range including Caddy Van to the new Crafter will also be available. Every stop on the roadshow will provide a unique opportunity to experience the Volkswagen brand first hand.
Details of the Rural Roadshow can be viewed on a designated website offering information about the vehicles that will be available to test-drive as well as the roadshow destinations and dates. Visitors have the option to request a test-drive online for the vehicle of choice in advance. The Roadshow Diary will follow the vehicles around the country to report on current news.
