Guys, you've probably noticed that very often pics are too large for your screen. The most common screen resolution used by ourselves and visitors to the site is 1024 wide. Most screens are 15" and 17". What this means is a wide pic spawns a horizontal scroll bar and then we all have to scoll sideways to read the text! If you are confident with a graphics programme (Paintshop, Gimp or Photoshop, for example), resize your pic to < 800 pixels wide. This will ensure that it fits on everybody's screen.
