The picture shows an IPhone 3 mounted ...... Will the mount work on an IPhone 5 ? Plus, am assuming the app is also compatible to the IPhone 5 .....

Why is METROVIEW better than what already comes loaded on the iPhone?!

The Apple offering is no different to what Google has already been offering - mapping via the internet!

This requires both good coverage and costly data to work... In other words, if you don't have mobile coverage you DON'T have a GPS!!! Not very handy in many parts of Australia!

In the case of the Apple offering, it is very immature and doesn't work very well at all! For a bit of a laugh see the Hitler video around this exactly issue!
