That's what we do! We stock 8 or 9 different brands of shocks so we're not particularly biased in any one direction. What is it you're using the car for? And what are you trying to achieve?

General day to day use on a variety of road types but also enjoy spirited driving in the mountains. Not sure if there's good/noticeable handling improvements out there to be made on a budget.

No worries. Your sig doesn't have the year, and 118TSI also came in late Mk5.

To suit your Mk6, I'd go KYB shocks, which will be the most budget upgrade from OEM. $149.49 each for the front, and $139.02 each for the rear.
